Role Overview & Responsibilities
Main tasks and duties
· To adhere to the company’s health and safety policies;
· To wash the dishes;
· To maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen floor;
· To remove all rubbish and take to the relevant areas;
· To maintain the cleanliness of all kitchen equipment;
· To assist Chefs as and when required;
· To take due care and attention when undertaking any task or procedure;
· To maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance;
· To ensure effective communication to management and peers;
· To carry out periodic checks on rooms i.e. staff room etc and on all equipment;
· To follow all health and safety policies and procedures as devised by management;
· To attend training courses as and when necessary;
· To ensure that due care is taken for the health and safety of yourself, other employees and any other persons on the premises;
· Report and where appropriate take action on any incident, accident, fire, loss or damage;
· Any other duties and responsibilities as requested by management.
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: £10.42-£12.00 per hour
