Responsibilities

• Working with the management accountant on all aspects of their role to gain experience
• Assisting with the preparation of the monthly Management accounts
• Supporting with Prepayments and Accruals
• Assisting with the Cash flow forecasting
• Assisting the Sales and Purchase Ledger Teams with queries
• General Ledger Reconciliations
• Investigative work into postings and any historical queries
• Assisting with Audit preparation and sample work

Requirements

• Studying towards accountancy or finance related degree
• Good organisational skills
• The ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure.
• Experience in Excel and computerised system skills
• Able to plan and prioritise workload effectively
• Confident in there work and able to communicate if unsure
