Letting Viewer/Admin - Part Time- Car Essential- Withington/Fallowfield

Flax & Co is a growing business and we require an enthusiastic and hard working individual to join our busy office.

We look after a large number of student, professional and family properties.

We are based in Withington, covering the M14, M20, M21 Areas of South Manchester.

Job description

The role will cover the busy Spring/Summer months, during tenancy changeover.

Roles include:

Carry out viewings- Car and Driving licence essential

Carry out meter readings and property inspections

Arranging inventories and relevant certificates

Job Type: PART TIME- 24 HOURS PER WEEK

MONDAY-THURSDAY (1PM-6PM) SATURDAYS (11AM-3PM)

The salary will be linked to experience that successful applicant has.

The candidate must be confident, highly organised, proactive and able to work on their own initiative and under pressure.

Candidates must have their own car and be able to use this for work, with a petrol allowance covered, as the role will heavily involve check-in/check out/inspections.

The candidate will be required to work a 24-hour working week with the possibility to increase and also flexibility over the days. Working Saturday's would be required.
