About the Role:
We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to assist in a range of maintenance activities including:
- General Repairs: Snagging, Locks, Door Handles, Furniture Repairs,
- Plumbing: Tap Replacements, Bathroom Waste Traps, Shower Cartridges, Silicone replacements, Leak finding
- Electrical: Socket/ Switch repairs, Light Fittings, Fuses,
- Decorative: Painting, Hanging Pictures, Damp/Mould repairs
About you:
· Must have a UK Driver’s License
Compensation: £33,000 Per Year
Job Type: Full-time (Must Working Weekends)
