Role Overview & Responsibilities
We are looking for fun, friendly, outgoing team members who want to be part of a great team and join us at the fox and hounds in Neasham village. We are a well-established pub and restaurant with a beautiful outside area on the banks of the river Tees. We serve food every day and also cater for functions such as weddings.
With a passion for great food and great service, our front of house team members know the menu inside and out, and more importantly know how to deliver exceptional experiences that our guests love. We are looking for the best of the best in their hospitality field so if you are looking for a new, exciting & challenging role we would love to hear from you.
Key responsibilities:
Running a section and to the highest of standards.
Ensuring the customer experience is at the best possible level.
Adhere to H&S & food Safety requirements outlined in the staff handbook.
Possess a strong knowledge of the food and beverage industry.
Precise cash handling skills.
