Part-time Digital Marketing Specialist

Freedom Couriers is a UK-based courier company that provides fast and reliable delivery services across the country. We are seeking a part-time digital marketing specialist to join our team and help us expand our online presence. You would also be working with 3 other businesses within the Freedom group. This position would be ideal for a university student looking for part-time work to fit around their studies. As a digital marketing specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns, creating engaging content, and analysing data to improve our online performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including social media, email, and website
• Create engaging content for our website, social media channels, and email marketing campaigns
• Analyse data to track campaign performance and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing strategies and ensure consistency across all channels
• Monitor and report on competitor activity and industry trends
• Maintain and update the company's website and social media channels
• Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies

Requirements:

• Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar role (though training will be provided)
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
• Experience with social media marketing, email marketing, and website management
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills
• Proficient in Google Analytics and other analytics tools
• Ability to analyze data and identify trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• A passion for digital marketing and a desire to stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies

Education and Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled as a university student pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• Proven experience in digital marketing is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and InDesign, is a plus

Working Conditions:

• Part-time position, with flexible working hours to fit around your studies
• Based at our UK office, with occasional remote working possible
• May be required to work some weekends or evenings
