We are an East London Bakery, founded in 2011 on a market stall on the Kings Road and have grown into a wholesale and retail business.

The Scope

Who are we looking for?

• We are looking for service superstars who will share their passion for fantastic bakery products with our customers
• You will need to be confident and able to clearly communicate with customers, working in a fast paced environment.

What will you be doing?

You’ll be working with our Store Manager, serving customers and making sales. Your role will be focused on three core areas within Joe Blake’s - Customer, Team & Business

Customer:

• Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
• Ensure speed of service is quick and friendly
• Ensure that product quality is always exceptional and any product feedback is quickly addressed

Team:

• Build great relationships with your team and foster an open environment
• Supporting the store manager to smash sales targets

Business:

• Focused on hitting sales and service objectives
• Able to influence sales positively by motivating others
• Able to maintain brand aesthetics as agreed with head office
• Have good communication skills

Required experience:

• Experience working in Hospitality or Street Food

• Positivity - we need someone who can face challenges in a positive way and motivate their team
• Resilience - This isn’t an easy job and the expectations on you will be high to ensure good results
• Adaptability - as our business grows you will too and its important that you are able to navigate through these growing pains

Hours and and location:

• Hours: 30h per week (Weekends required)
• Location: Galeta Markets

Package

• Hourly Rate: £10.50 / £11.50 per hour
