Bar Staff

Do you want to help increase the sales in Bugman’s Bar? Are you excited by both having to deliver exceptional customer service personally, as well as supervise other staff to do the same and actively resolve day to day issues in support of the Bar Manager?

Located at our world class Warhammer World Visitor Centre in Nottingham, Bugman’s Bar is Games Workshop’s very own dwarven drinking hall! It provides all our visitors with an opportunity to relax in a comfy environment whilst enjoying a drink and a bite to eat.

As well as being expected to take every opportunity to engage with every customer you will also engage with all the staff to help them improve their performance. In addition you will be making decisions to help ensure the smooth running of Bugman’s Bar to ensure customer satisfaction.

We know what makes this job hard is being able to consistently maintain the highest standards of customer service with every customer; through supervising a small dedicated team; inspiring staff to deliver outstanding customer service every shift no matter how busy Bugman’s Bar gets.
