GD Property Solicitors have an exciting opportunity for a Conveyancing Case handler in our Manchester office. We are looking for a candidate who has the ability to work independently and who has had experience with handling property cases.
Conveyancing services is at the heart of GD Property solicitor’s business. We take pride in the quality of instructions we secure and the trustworthy support we provide to our clients. You’ll need talent, ambition, focus and drive. We’ll also need you to have fantastic organisational skills and attention to detail.

Can You…
o Manage your own case load of up to 70 files in a timely manner
o Pro-actively progress cases towards completion to client time lines
o Work within SRA guidelines and understand money laundering regulations
o Ability to top forecasts
o Provide regular and appropriate updates to clients
o Work as a team player & cover for people who are absent in your team
o Awesome at communicating with people you are interacting with
o Rotate client matters within GD Property Solicitors guidelines.
o Ensure that all complaint issues are raised to management level immediately
