Bench Joiner/Carpenter/Cabinet Maker/Foreman/joinery

An exciting opportunity has just become available with Grech & Grech ; We are the proud manufacturer of Grech & Grech kitchens and furniture. As an expanding company, we are seeking a Workshop Coordinator with a background in woodworking, ideally the manufacture of tailor made kitchens.

You’ll be responsible for assisting our Workshop Manager with distributing job information in the bench area and recording job progress & controlling each project within your area & reporting to your manager daily. You’ll be responsible for stock control including distributing hardware to workstations and replenishing consumables within your area.

You will assist with the assembly of cabinet carcasses, and drawer boxes and doors, assist with the assembly of furniture runs including marking up components ready for our sprayers and despatch & Assisting site installations

The ideal applicant will have bench joiner experience and be proficient in cabinet making with the understanding of interpreting shop drawings being essential.

As a supportive role to the Workshop Manager you will be implementing quality control procedures and reviewing existing workshop practices to improve efficiency.

This is an evolving role with a opportunity for progression within the team. CSCS card and full clean driving licence Required
