Purpose and objectives of the role:

Working in a team on the day to assist management, in order to ensure the smooth running of the F&B concession.

Main duties and responsibilities are subject to shift patterns:

· Event Set-up – including deliveries, food prep, housekeeping.

Event Set-down – Pack-up, cleandown

· Greeting guests in a friendly and professional manner

· Strong customer service skills

· Serving food in a timely manner

· Working as a team to ensure guest satisfaction

· Any other duties reasonably requested

Special Requirements:

- The majority of our events are in stadium venues, the right candidate must have a strong understanding of a fast paced F&B environment.

- Previous experience in a customer facing role

- Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle required

Conduct:

- Presentable appearance

- Punctual

- Approachable and willing attitude

Job Type: Zero hours contract

Salary: £8.00-£11.00 per hour
