Are you a culinary enthusiast with a passion for creating delicious sandwiches? We are seeking a skilled and creative Sandwich Maker to join our team at Guillam. As a Sandwich Maker, you will have the opportunity to showcase your talent and contribute to the satisfaction of our customers with every bite.

• Prepare a wide variety of sandwiches rolls, wraps and salads every morning with shift starting at 6 am. We require high quality standards, excellent timekeeping, and a positive attitude
• Ensure the quality and freshness of ingredients used in sandwich preparation
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Continuously improve sandwich recipes and suggest new menu items
• Keep track of inventory and notify management when supplies need replenishing
• Follow all food safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sandwich Maker or similar role
• Knowledge of various sandwich-making techniques and ingredients
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing and tasty sandwiches
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating portion sizes
• Flexibility to work during peak hours, weekends, and holidays
• You need to have a reliable commute to the job location- Mayfair
