Junior IT Technician

With many farming clients, representing over one million hectares, Hutchinsons are a leading agricultural and horticultural input advice and supply company.

We have a vacancy in our IT team for a Junior IT Technician to support the whole IT team in a variety of ways whilst learning and developing new skills to be able to take on more challenging tasks.

The successful candidate will be:

· Participating in the day to day running of the IT Helpdesk providing predominantly first-line but some second-line support and liaising closely with users.

· Working as part of the IT team to carry out troubleshooting and maintenance as well deployment of equipment.

· Supporting a range of computer hardware including laptops, desktops and mobile devices.

Essential

· Have some experience within an IT Support role and/or an IT qualification such as a BTEC, Diploma or Degree.

· Able to work in the Wisbech office

· Full driving license for travel to other sites

The successful candidate willdemonstrate a high standard of customer service, patience, commitment, and enthusiasm and have a desire to support and help all our staff. In return you will work closely with our excellent IT team and be given excellent support and opportunities to learn and develop your skills.

Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
