Marketing Assistant

Are you an Experienced Marketing Assistant?

A well-established law firm is looking for a driven, bright and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join its growing team.

You will cover everything from organizing events to creating digital content.

Salary: £28,000.

Location: Hybrid, London - Central, work from home 2 days per week

Your responsibilities are:

• You will be responsible for conducting research for internal and external events as well as creating event invitation lists and designing event invitations.
• You will conduct competitor research and analysis and provide support on various research projects.
• You will create marketing lists using a CRM program and lead data cleansing projects.
• You will be responsible for minor website content changes/updates/article uploads as well as the creation of social media image assets.
• You will also be responsible for preparing, designing and editing professional presentations as required and using email campaign software to send out email campaigns.

Ideal Candidate:

• Prior experience within a Marketing role
• Any experience using Photoshop and WordPress would be advantageous to your application, as would previous experience working in a law firm.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, as well as proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel) are all pre-requisites to be successful in this role.
