Role Overview & Responsibilities
We are on the lookout for an experience Travel consultant to join Harland and Wolff taking full ownership for corporate travel of all employees.
The Role
- Booking travel for Senior level Directors to include CEO and CFO
- Providing travel itinerary for employees
- Ensuring travel is authorised.
- Covering for the Executive assistants
- General administration
- Booking travel for VIP customers
- Negotiate best value pricing and minimise company travel spend
- Managing external customers e.g. corporate travel providers

- Highly experienced booking corporate travel
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and last minute demands
- Strong administration skills
