Male Support Worker
Role Overview & Responsibilities
Harmony Care are looking for male support workers to work within supported living homes in the Walsall area.
Applicants would be providing 2-1 support for a young adult male with challenging behaviour.
Applicants would need to be a driver, due to commuting client in his own vehicle to and from day support.
The business is rapidly expanding and requires energetic and enthusiastic support workers to offer support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism and challenging behaviour.
The candidate will need to have a desire to ensure that Person Centred care is delivered.
The role entails lone working and accessing the community as well as support within the individuals home.
Candidate will also be required to carry out sleeps@ £35 per sleep.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 28 per week
Salary: £10.42 per hour
