Technician Level 2 / Level 3

Permanent, Full Time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday with Saturday mornings on a rota paid at competitive overtime rate

Salary £37,200.00 (Level 2) and £42,000.00 (Level 3) per annum OTE + Overtime at Rate x 1.5

Must have City & Guilds Level 3 or NVQ Level 3 Motor Vehicle Engineering

THE JOB

We are recruiting for an experienced Technician to work at our well-established main dealer site, working for a fantastic, prestige brand.

You will undertake all vehicle maintenance, service and repair activities with an emphasis on customer and public safety as you minimise costs for the customer.

Carrying out work completely and effectively within manufacturers’ and Company servicing guidelines and repair times, you will ensure that work is always to the highest standard as you seek to achieve consistently high customer satisfaction.

You will also be required to liaise with customers to explain the repair work carried out on their vehicle.

SKILLS

You must:

• Be team player & strong communicatorwith excellent customer service skills, able to take responsibility for the quality and quantity of work.
• Have at least 2 year’s experience after qualifying period, of working in a Franchise Dealership (or similar).
• Possess a full UK Driving Licence
