Our client a leading Healthcare recruitment company based in Kirkstall, Leeds, supporting some of the UK's largest Healthcare Providers. They provide staffing for their clients across the UK, helping them by providing highly trained healthcare staff to drive their growth and success. The company have grown remarkably since their inception in 2016. They are now looking for an experienced and driven 360 Recruitment Consultant.

The ideal candidate will be outgoing, personable and a problem solver with a positive, enthusiastic attitude. This role is fast paced and would suit someone who is adaptable to change and enjoys working with others to achieve optimum results and high calibre staffing solutions for our clients. Job responsibilities:

• All Business Development activities in securing new clients
• Account Management
• Recruitment of Healthcare Staff
• Matching candidates with open roles
• Scheduling of Interviews
• Preparation of contracts
• Negotiating best terms for candidates
• Sourcing of Healthcare Professionals across CRM system and all major job boards
• Placement of advertisements
• Utilizing all social media platforms for the purpose of sourcing of candidates
• Liaising with Marketing team in developing Marketing Campaigns
• Attend weekly team meetings
• Must hit KPIs on monthly basis

Essential Requirements:

• Excellent written and oral communication, strong command of the English Language.
• Third level qualification.
• Previous recruitment experience.
