Support Worker

We have new opportunities based in the hamlet of Hampton Magna (near Warwick) to work on a 1-2-1 basis with an incredible person. Our young adult is an energetic individual who requires round the clock support. We are building a new staff team to support this customer, we can offer part time or full-time hours and shift patterns range from 8am – 3pm, 3pm-10pm, 10pm – 8am with flexibility to work some weekends on a rota basis. Sleep in and waking night shifts are also available.

Our customer has some health conditions, and requires assistance with feeding, washing/bathing and intimate personal care. Our customer has a great sense of humour, and loves to have a laugh. They enjoy a range of hobbies and activities, including sensory activities, cooking and baking, arts and crafts, music, getting out and about in community, and going out for meals.

For this role, you will need to have previous care experience, with stoma/catheter care being advantageous. Due to the rural location of the service, a full driving license would be advantageous.

This is a great opportunity to really build a bond with a fantastic customer who has a real zest for life - this role would include supporting our customer to go out in the community alongside daily living skills.
