Responsibilities:
- Assist in the management of the day-to-day operations of the business.
- Ensure that all staff are performing their duties in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor and review staff performance and provide feedback.
- Ensure that customer service standards are met.
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of daily transactions.
