We are currently recruiting a dynamic Head Chef to lead our Kitchen team. This senior role reports into our Executive Head Chef and manages a 40-strong brigade across four kitchens.

The desired profile we are looking for is:

• Someone with a passion for food and British-influenced cuisine.
• Classical, high-volume luxury brasserie or multi-faceted environment experience.
• The ability to assist the Executive Head Chef with innovative dishes and menus to take the food offering to the next level.
• Supervision, coaching and development of all direct reports in order to inspire and lead the team to deliver.
• Strong managerial, financial and costing skills.
• Promotion of a positive team environment.
• A true leader.
