HONEYBOURNE PRIMARY ACADEMY Headteacher: Dominic Davis

CLEANER POST- 12.5 hours per week

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our team to support our existing cleaning team with their duties.

In this role you will assist in the provision of a cleaning support service to cover the whole school with other members of the team. Duties include vacuuming, cleaning of surfaces, emptying bins, toilet cleaning and hard floor cleaning. Regular hours are to be used term-time only, a ‘bank of hours’ is allocated to be used for deep cleaning in the school holidays at a time to suit the applicant and other team members.

The post holder will need to be able to work on their own initiative and under the direction of the cleaning team. The ideal candidate will have good attention to detail and be able to be thorough in their work to ensure our infection control guidelines are adhered to.
