Cafe Assistant/Barista

We are looking for an individual to join us in our Witney Cake Cafe for 5 days per week - we offer a fixed rota system so you have your usual days of work and no second guessing on when you'll be working. Your days of work would be Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday each week. 10am - 5pm.

Come and join the team at this family owned business in the hear of Witney High Street. You will be serving the biggest selection of brownies, cakes, traybakes etc to our wide selection of customers. As well as making and serving all our hot drinks, soft drinks, milkshakes, bubble tea etc - we like to switch things about and bring new flavours in regulary with the seasons.

We promise you will always get your full lunch break - if you've worked in the industry before you know that some establishments don't manage this!

This is a customer facing position working as part of a small team serving with a smile. You will be responsible for keeping a clean and tidy counter whilst working efficiently and consistently.

Prior cafe experience is not necessary as training will be given - just make sure you have the right attitude and mindset along with willingness to work and we’ll teach you the rest!

The job role is a customer facing role, using the till, making drinks, clearing tables, keeping a tidy work area etc.
