OUTLINE OF JOB

• To work in our (Haven) holiday resort arcade & assist in our prize shop, engaging and helping customers.
• Listening to customer issues and resolving problems for them in a polite, helpful and efficient manner.
• To ensure the arcade is a safe and welcoming place for holiday makers of all ages.
• To ensure with the team that the arcade is clean, attractive and well merchandised.
• To learn about the range of products and promotions we run so you can inform customers accurately.
• To pass on any challenges to the Resort Amusement Manager if appropriate.

Must be available to work day/evening & weekend shifts on a rota basis and over the age of 18.
