Job Profile
Jo Holdsworth recruitment are currently recruiting a Customer Service Advisor, working for a well-established service provider on a remote basis.
You will be part of a successful Customer Service team who are based all over the UK, being the first point of contact for a high volume of incoming calls from landlords, letting agents and tenants.
Responsibilities will include, but not limited to;
- Taking high volumes of inbound calls whilst maintaining a high standard of Customer Service
- Assist with any billing and credit control queries
- Working on live chat during quieter periods
- Processing payments where required
- Dealing with and managing queries
- Processing membership applications along with the protection and un-protection of deposits ensuring that the correct procedures are followed
Experience, skills set and/or qualifications required:
- Experience working within a Customer Service role and dealing with customer queries both over the phone and via email
- Ability to plan and organise, prioritise, making effective use of time and resources
- Excellent attention to detail ensuring that high standards of quality are consistently maintained
- Excellent interpersonal and motivation skills, with the ability to work within a team environment and across departments so that effective working relationships are maintained
Salary is up £23,000 per annum depending on your level of experience
Working hours are 40 hours per week on a shift pattern.
