Operations Manager (Grounds Maintenance) North UK Region

Exciting opportunity to join our expanding business as Operations Manager for grounds maintenance in the North UK Region - Northants to Leeds

Specific Responsibilities including but not limited to

· Assume financial responsibility for contracts and turnover up to £15m.

· Manage financial control to ensure budgets are exceeded, executing work within the company’s authority limits.

· Ensure all work is delivered to agreed customer programmes; default free, first time to maximise company performance and reputation.

· Actively manage debtors to secure company cash flow. (Maximum 45 days)

· Manage all operations to external and internal customer standards.

· Be responsible for continuous personal development for self and managers embracing work-based diplomas.

· Ensure that the company avoids contract terminations.

Training/ Skill Requirements

· Minimum of 5 years of contract managerial experience.

• Experience of senior client management.
• Experience of Business Development estimation & presentations.
• Relevant Level 4 or higher qualification.
• IOSH Managing Safely or similar H & S training/qualification.
• Strong commercial & analytical skills
• Experience of budgeting process & management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £60,000.00-£65,000.00 per year
