Job Title: Junior Paid Media Manager
Location: Fully Remote
Salary: £26,000 - £32,000 per annum
We are looking for a Junior Paid Media Manager to join our fully remote agency. You will be responsible for the paid media strategy and performance for ambitious ecommerce brands. You will be an expert across GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads & Bing Ads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement paid media strategies that align with the business objectives of our ecommerce clients.
- Monitor, analyze and optimize campaigns to ensure maximum performance and ROI.
- Work closely with our clients to understand their business goals and provide insights that inform paid media strategy.
- Collaborate with our creative and analytics teams to ensure campaigns are fully integrated and delivering results.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and changes in paid media and share insights with the wider team.
Skills and Experience:
- At least 1.5 - 2+ years of paid media agency experience.
- Strong knowledge of GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads & Bing Ads.
- Experience working with ecommerce clients and delivering results.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients.
- Experience with other paid media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn would be beneficial.
