If so, then Kids Cavern Customer service Advisor role could be perfect for you. In this role, you’ll be servicing new and existing customer enquiring via phone , Email & live webchat. You will need to display a professional, courteous and friendly demeanour at all times.
We're looking for a candidate who
- Has superb written communication skills, including impeccable spelling and grammar
- Displays proficient IT skills, including excellent typing ability, and is confident in dealing with enquiries .
- Shows an empathetic and positive attitude, ensuring that customer enquiries are dealt with efficiently and effectively
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Self motivated with a keen eye for detail.
- You must be reliable , presentable & enthusiastic .
What you'll be doing
- Responding to enquiries from new and existing customers
- Informing of postage queries , returns , refunds etc
- Liaising with members of the sales team.
- Responding to email requests
- Problem solving
- Hours are 40 hours, fully flexible, 16 hours weekend
