Health Care Assistant
Role Overview & Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be able to work with a Tracheostomy girl who is 5 years old. In addition to providing excellent care, the successful candidate will be expected to maintain current knowledge of nursing procedures and new developments in the healthcare industry.
Responsibilities:
- Complete a nursing assessment and charting.
- Assess patient's needs, maintaining proper documentation of the assessment.
- Participate in discharge planning for patients who are being discharged from the hospital.
- Document clinical/administrative decisions and support them with related rationale.
- Perform advanced nursing procedures including tracheal suctioning
- Work as part of a team or independently to provide competent care to patients.
- Take patient to school via the transport provide

Salary: From £15.00 per hour
