Pharmacy Medicines Management Technician, Virtual Ward
Role Overview & Responsibilities
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Pharmacy Technician to deliver medicines optimisation services to patients on our Virtual Ward.
Virtual wards allow patients to receive the care they need at home safely and conveniently rather than being in hospital, using technology & digital platforms for us to monitor our patients.
Our Virtual Ward currently supports respiratory, heart failure and frailty patients in their homes.
In addition to excellent communication and team-working skills you will be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council and have completed an accredited medicines management qualification. You must also currently have accreditation as a checking technician (ACPT) to be considered for this post.
Interview date for this position will be held on Thursday 11th May 2023 in the afternoon.
