About the role:
You will be a key member of the management team, assisting the General Manager in leading the delivery of operations across the centre by mentoring, leading, and inspiring your staff team to success.
As the Assistant General Manager, you will create and deliver a guest experience focusing on the delivery of Centre KPI’s, ensuring all operations are within budget and return positive outcomes.
You will uphold and develop the centres culture and fully support the overall company purpose and values.

- Personable with strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communicator both written and verbal
- Customer-focused and results-driven
- Commercially aware with experience of dealing with budgets
- Team player is a must, with the ability to lead, motivate, inspire and manage
