Kitchen Staff

We are an operating dark kitchen in Birmingham.

We are a fast & casual restaurant providing a varied range of contemporary Asian-infused food, from fresh handmade sushi to hot food such as Chicken Katsu Curry, which has been extremely popular.

We are looking for people with experience working in a kitchen environment. Most importantly, we are looking for people with a positive and friendly attitude. Teamwork is very important, as is punctuality and reliability.

Every day tasks would similarly consist of:

- Managing and ensuring the daily prep is done following our recipes
- Working in a delivery kitchen preparing made to order products
- Follow and maintain high Health & Safety standards
- Food preparation and keeping the kitchen clean and tidy
- Follow recipes and presentation specs whilst preparing food
- Adhere to all food hygiene

Essential experience:

- Knowledge of food hygiene and food preparation

- Understanding in dealing with fish and fish cutting

- Experience in sushi preparation is beneficial

We are looking for both Full time and Part time candidates, interested in further developing their culinary skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Salary: £6.83-£9.50 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Birmingham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
