Role Overview & Responsibilities
An opportunity has arisen to join Lancashire's Legal Litigation team. The team deals with all compensation claims against the council up to a value of £1,000,000 as well as providing other general litigation advice to internal services.

All successful applicants will need to have been admitted as a Solicitor or called to the Bar or be a Chartered Legal Executive or be able to demonstrate significant vocational experience.
Council employees work on a hybrid basis. The post is based at County Hall, Preston, but employees have the ability and opportunity to work from home.
