We are London’s most iconic Italian delicatessen and restaurant group. First opened in 1944, Lina Stores is known for its fresh, handmade pasta, meats, cheeses, antipasti and many more products — all imported from Italy! We have a number of Restaurants across London, we also have an online shop which allows customers to order online quickly and easily with seamless deliveries straight to their front door.
All of this of course requires preparation, which is all done in our very own Lina Cucina in Peckham, where we develop our high-quality Italian recipes.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a General Manager/Bar Manager you will oversee and lead the team, including bartenders and barbacks, train the new hires, and promote the Lina Stores culture creating a positive work environment for staff and encouraging their career development. You will look after the customers ‘needs making their experience special.
You will be responsible for stock management and you will ensure the efficient set-up, presentation and running of the bar. You will ensure the bartenders follow the standards, consistently create beverages to the desired specification, remain calm under pressure and always uphold excellent HS and Food Hygiene standards.
YOU ARE
An experienced English, and Italian speaking Bar Manager who is a natural multitasker, and team player and communicates efficiently. You have a good knowledge of Italian cocktails, wines and also food. You are a good host and you are ready to enjoy spending time behind the bar and on the floor greeting customers. You will be a well-presented, and natural people-person, who is passionate about excellent customer service. You will have advanced hospitality and bar experience, with a drive to develop yourself within the beverage industry (WSET/Mixology).
