Trainee Assistant Project Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Trainee Assistant Project Manager.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting the project manager in all aspects of project management, from planning and execution to monitoring and controlling.

The successful candidate will be given training, mentoring, and coaching with a goal to be an Assistant manager 12-18 months from appointment, with salary rising as follows (dependent on reaching required levels)

Start £23,000.00

Month 6 - £24,000.00

Month 18 - £26,000.00

Key example Responsibilities within the role will be:

· Assisting the project manager in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets

· Coordinating with project team members to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.

· Tracking project progress and identifying potential issues or delays

· Communicating with clients and stakeholders to ensure that their needs and expectations are met.

· Assisting in the preparation of project reports and presentations

· Supporting the project manager in managing project risks and issues

What we are looking for:

· Good organizational and communication skills

· Ability to work well in a team environment.

· Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

· IT literate

· Willingness to learn and grow in the field of project management.

Mon Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From £23,000.00 per year

• Monday to Friday

• St Leonards-on-Sea, TN38 9BA: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
