Construction Site Manager

We are a high end building contractor looking for Site Managers / Carpenters / General Builders to join our team.

Projects have a contract value of 200k - 500k and are all within the M25. London Builders & Decorators is a medium company based in London so fit is very important. We are looking for a General Builder who can run a site. They would need to be hands on

All projects and run open book with full transparency. You are set a agreed margin target and anything over that target you get a % payment for. This is unlimted

Responsibilities

1) Making sure the site is clean and tidy, carrying out building work (stud walls, plaster boarding) – Depends on skill set.
2) Placing orders with Supplies or with Operations Manager
3) Manging the project schedule and modifying it as time goes by.
4) Linking different trades people together and making sure they get their work done and at the correct time
5) Maybe dealing with the customers

Pay depends on experience and skill set. Start on a self-employed basis. If works well we can modify or offer full time employment conract.

Please note you will be on a site so expected to carry out work not just direct

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary contract

Salary: £35,000.00-£55,000.00 per year

• 8 hour shift
