Role: Junior PPC Executive

The Lounge family is growing! We are looking for a Junior PPC Executive to help us ensure our online presence is fully optimised with the view to maximising online visibility through Paid Search & Shopping.

We are looking for a passionate marketeer who is self-motivated and has a strong analytical way of thinking and someone who has a passion for all things Google, Microsoft & YouTube.

With the nature of the role and our brand, we are looking for someone who is data driven, analytical and collaborative individual. Someone who has knowledge on the principles of search engine marketing and is keen on learning more!

As our team grows you will have the chance to grow too! We would like you to contribute and influence our brands growth through the marketing function whilst seeking to make a positive difference to our Lounge Community.

What you will do at Lounge:

• Conduct keyword & trend research.
• Regularly pull search term analysis and act based on the findings.
• Optimising paid search campaigns using keyword analysis.
• Work with the rest of the team to set up ads across all Google products and Bing, and optimising ad placements & audiences.
• Support on reporting account performance.
• Monitoring competitors campaigns & understanding the search terms being used.
• Shopping Feed Optimisation.
• Helping build out new campaigns across different PPC platforms for product launches & new territory launches.

We would love it if you:

• Overall understanding of Paid Search & Shopping.
• An analytical mindset.
• Confident on Excel, with strong data analysis skills.
• The ability to work well within a team.
• Passionate about everything digital, and has the desire to test new ideas whilst keeping up to date with industry changes.
