Investment Analyst - UK Industrial

Entrepreneurial and forward thinking Investor, Developer and Owner of high quality Industrial and Residential Alternatives Assets across the U.K. are growing their team. They have rapidly developed one of the best brands in this highly competitive space, and that’s due to the individuals leading the business. They are extremely well capitalised and able to acquire opportunistic sites as well as up and built assets. They now need a Property Analyst who is highly numerate, eager to learn and who can take responsibility for their Underwriting model. The role will work across Investment, Development and Asset Management, with some input into Finance. They offer a very collaborative and fast paced office environment, and the chance to learn from some of the industry’s most respected individuals.

Responsibilities

• Providing support to the Investment, Development, Asset Management and Finance teams across the lifecycle of a property transaction
• Aid in screening and analysis of new development and investment opportunities
• Use, develop and maintain the Excel underwriting model to appraise new opportunities
• Commercial and financial due diligence
• Assist in the preparation of internal and external memorandum – initial deal, investment committee, bank debt and transaction update

• Very strong working knowledge of Excel
• Experience in property cash flows and financial modelling
• Experience of RE Investment and development principals and key drivers
• Strong attention to detail
• A collaborative team player
