Maldron Hotel Belfast City and is now Dalata Hotel Group's second Maldron Hotel to grace the City of Belfast. This 4* Maldron Hotel Belfast City has 237 bedrooms and features 4 meeting rooms capable of hosting up to 80 delegates.

Due to our phenomenal success, we are now seeking Housekeeping Assistants to join our expanding Housekeeping team. This an exciting time to join our Group and to be a part of a team, of a brand-new hotel in the heart of Belfast City.

About the Role:

As a member of the Housekeeping team, you will provide an exceptional service in room cleaning and preparation. You will clean and maintain guest bedrooms and public spaces in accordance with client/guest expectations and Dalata Hotel Groups standards of product and service.

You will ensure company standards of quality and cleanliness are maintained at all times whilst meeting the needs of the business.

What will I be doing:

As Housekeeping Assistant you are responsible for cleaning public areas, guest rooms and replenishing amenities to deliver an excellent Guest experience. A room Attendant would also be required to manage guest requests.

What will I be doing:

- Clean guest bedroom and bathroom

- Vacuum rooms and corridors

- Change & replenish bed linen, towels and guest amenities in line with the company guidelines

- Undertake regular deep cleaning tasks

- Restock & maintain trolley on a daily basis

- Manage guest requests in a timely and efficient manner

- Be environmentally aware

- Carry out lost property procedures

- Comply with Fire regulations, hotel security and Health & Safety legislation

- Assist other departments and maintain good working relationships

Requirements:

Essential Criteria for this post includes:

- Positive attitude

- Good Communication skills

- Committed to delivering high levels of customer service

- Availability to work weekends

Desirable Criteria

- Previous housekeeping experience in a similar role

- Previous experience working in the hotel industry

Hourly rate of Pay: £9.90 per Hour

Part-time hours: 16-39 per week

Salary: £9.80-£9.90 per hour
