Quality Assurance Assistant
Role Overview & Responsibilities
Main Purpose:
To maintain, control & improve quality standards throughout the organisation.
Main Duties:
1. Carry out QA audits on a daily, weekly & monthly basis and take corrective & preventative action as necessary.
2. Carry out quality bake checks.
3. Liaise with internal departments regarding standards, hygiene, compliance etc.
4. Ensure all relevant procedures are followed as detailed in work instructions, HACCP & CCPs to ensure compliance with legislation, 3 rd party & customer standards.
5. Ensure all necessary documentation is completed, accurate, updated & filed accordingly.
6. Involved in & oversee production quality trials.
7. Establish, monitor and revise work instructions as necessary.
8. Behave in a responsible manner showing respect for company property and respect for other members of staff.
9. Any other reasonable duties as required.

Holidays: 22 days plus 8 bank holidays (New Years Day, St Patricks Day, Easter Monday, May Day, 12th July, Halloween, Christmas Day, Boxing Day)
Pay: Negotiable
