No Experience Required!

To be successful in the role of a Homecare Assistant you will:

• Have a keen interest in providing care to vulnerable individuals who wish to remain living at home and facilitate their independence
• Have empathy, a caring nature, drive and ambition
• Be reliable and an enthusiastic team member
• Good communicator
• Good organisation/time management skills
• Have the right to live and work within the UK

Pay rates:

• £11.95 - Monday - Friday
• £12.15 - Weekends
• Travel contribution - 90p per hour

We have a variety of working patterns available covering the following hours:

• 7am - 3pm
• 3pm - 10pm

Duties of a Care Assistant:

• Domestic assistance
• Personal care (assisting with washing and dressing, to aiding with toileting)
• Medication support (support and training will be provided)
• Meal preparation/support
• Promoting dignity and respect, as well as independence and encourage service users' well-being
• Emotional and social support
