Role Overview & Responsibilities
Millbarn Medical Centre (Beaconsfield)
Salaried GP – 6 sessions/week
Millbarn is looking for an enthusiastic, friendly, well organised GP seeking a strong work-life balance to join us for 6 sessions/week.
Millbarn is a forward-thinking vibrant partnership with 4 GP partners providing care alongside two salaried GPs, 3 trainee Registrars, two Nurses, a Paramedic, an HCA, and a strong admin team for 8,600 patients. In addition, many of our PCN staff are based on site (full and part-time) including Care Coordinators, Social Prescribers, Physician Associate, First Contact Physio, Mental Health Practitioner, Health & Well Being Coaches, Clinical Pharmacists and Pharmacist Technician.
Millbarn utilises EMIS Web Clinical System, AccuRX, Docman 10 and Klinik Healthcare Solutions Online Triage Software. The later allows us to ensure all patients are responded to on a daily basis and signposted to appropriate member of the clinical and administrative teams.
Based at the brand-new Beaconsfield Medical Centre, just off the M40 with plenty of parking, the practice is an easy commute from London, Reading, Oxford and southern Hertfordshire. Due to rapidly increasing patient numbers, we are now looking for an additional Salaried GP to join our long-standing friendly, efficient, and supportive team.
Alongside its GMS provision Millbarn provides the Community ENT Service for Buckinghamshire and scores consistently high on the GP patient satisfaction survey annually.
Millbarn is offering a competitive salary, based on experience, and our contracts follow the BMA model for salaried GPs.
