What you’ll be doing:

• Respecting resident’s rights of choice, privacy and dignity.
• Supporting residents to remain as active as possible who have limited mobility or physical difficulties.
• Supporting residents with personal care and mealtimes.
• Work as part of a team to promote key, consistent and effective working.
• Completing daily records using electronic care planning system to improve the personalisation and quality of care delivery for our residents.
