Work From Home Sales Rep – Marketing Agency

We are a rapidly growing top marketing agency based in Reading servicing the whole of the UK market.

Location: Working Remotely From The Comfort Of Your Own Home

What will your role be?

• Your role will be to work closely with our director and the rest of the sales team.
• Calling established prospects to set meetings/sales calls.
• Cold Calling prospects to acquire new opportunities.
• Speaking with clients to gauge feedback and obtain updates as required.
• Target 100 call per day, 2 meetings created per day.
• Maintaining and updating CRM System and LinkedIn Profile
• Assist with the compilation of daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Ensuring meetings are set up and coordinated as appropriate.
• Administrative tasks to ensure the efficient running and maintenance of the processes internally.

• To be successful in the role, you will need to have a strong sense of organisation and have prior sales and project coordination skills.
• You will ideally be comfortable multi-tasking
• You will need to be adaptable in your communication skills, as you will be in conversation with a variety of people (both internal and external) and will need to tailor language accordingly.

Hours 9-5pm

Job Type: Full-time

Commission Based Wage Potential: £47-£60,000.00 per year

Experience and skills:

Minimum 3 years B to B sales experience

Stable career background with proven sales success.

Knowledge of CRM systems.

Dynamic, energetic, assertive besides excellent communication and presentation skills.

Target oriented, able to handle deadline pressure, self-motivated, must have the ability to function with limited supervision at a demanding pace.
