FOH Team Leader.

We are looking for a committed Front of House Team Leader to join our team!

The role.

Our Front of House Team are responsible for delivering the exceptional Nǎm Sông experience to all our customers. In the absence of Senior Management you will be responsible for leading the Front of House team, reaching targets and maintaining quality. You’ll be involved in reporting to senior leadership, assisting in shift management and responding to customer reviews alongside any other management responsibilities you want to get involved with.

Nǎm Sông is a truly unique Vietnamese Coffee Shop, Restaurant & Bar Group that we set up after we fell in love with Vietnam whilst travelling on our Gap Year. At Nǎm Sông we pride ourselves on delivering a welcoming feel-good experience set within a perfect vibrant bright space to match.

Having been founded in Sheffield since early 2017 we are now growing and looking to strength our management team in our Leeds site and looking for eager candidates wanting a career within hospitality who want to grow with us!

Rate of Pay £10 upon completion of training. Tips divided equally to all staff (Averaged between £1.2 - £2.2 extra per hour over the last 6 months)

Experience in team leading / supervising or being a key holder within a hospitality environment is hugely beneficial, as well as past experience working at ground level within restaurants and bars. Candidates without experience, but possess a strong character and desire to progress will also be highly sought.
