Namco UK Ltd is part of the Bandai Namco group of companies that operate globally.

We are looking for a Deputy General Manager for our Family Entertainment Centre in Braintree, Essex

You should ideally have relevant management experience within a Family Entertainment Centre or similar leisure-based environment.

The primary task of every employee is to ensure that customers are welcome into our centre and made to feel comfortable during their stay. They should always want to return.

The DGM is there to provide support to the GM and manage the smooth running of the centre to ensure that high standard of customer care, machine operation/maintenance and centre presentation are maintained. To ensure the safe operation of the centre and to uphold the high brand image of the Namco corporate profile within the market place. Ensuring that all conditions as per the operations manual are adhered to at all times. In the absence of the GM the DGM assumes full responsibility for the operation of the centre.

Salary: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
