Chief of Staff
Role Overview & Responsibilities
The Chief of Staff (CoS), reporting directly to the CMO, is a talented individual who serves as a trusted advisor to, and representative of, the CMO. The Chief of Staff and the CMO work closely together to get twice as much done as the CMO would be able to do alone. The CoS supports strategy, execution, leadership, business planning and development as well as special projects. They will be a critical component in 'gluing' the management and clinical teams of the directorate together.
This is a senior leadership role and will ensure delivery of the directorate's core tasks in relation to horizon scanning, topic selection and prioritisation as well as supporting the CMO in their day-to-day corporate and strategic functions.
