Role Overview & Responsibilities
The National Library of Scotland’s collections of archives and manuscripts feature unpublished material of national importance dating from the medieval period to the present day. The Archives & Manuscript Collection division look after some of the world's most significant manuscript collections relating to Scottish literature, industry and innovation along with the personal archives of individuals, family papers and estate papers, the records of businesses, community groups, trade unions, publishing houses, and political, cultural, sporting, and charitable organisations. The work of this role will be focussed on the John Murray Archive, one of the largest and most important literary archives in the world.
The closing date for applications is Wednesday 15 March 2023 at midnight. Interviews will be held on Monday 27 March 2023 via MS Teams.
