Assistant Branch Manager

Who we’re looking for:

Whether you’re an Assistant Manager already or an experienced Autocare Technician ready for the next step, you know the fast fit business inside out.

You’ll support the Branch Manager with the daily running of the branch and will manage the day-to-day operation in their absence, ensuring both customer satisfaction and sales opportunities are maximised.

What you’ll need:

• Supervisory experience or people management skills
• To be comfortable working under pressure and to tight timescales
• Proven fast fit / tyre fitting / automotive or mechanic experience
• Strong communication skills
• A focus on quality control
• A commitment to Health and Safety
