Role Overview & Responsibilities
The ideal candidate would:

- Follow correct protocols and procedures including refusal of service, food allergens, and food safety.
- Preparing and serving guests drinks in line with service standards.
- Cash handling, and settling bills through a variety of payment methods.
- Maintaining a clean workspace and replenishing and rotating stock as required.
- Following correct protocols and procedures including refusal of service.
